Terms and Conditions

Booking fee of £15 per week per person is required to Secure a Reservation the Balance To be Paid 21 days before Arrival.

Should a Booking be made within 21 Days of Date of arrival the FULL AMOUNT must Be sent with completed Booking Form.

Reservations begin on Saturday at 1pm. And terminate on Saturday at 9.30am.

You are expected to leave everything in a clean and tidy condition and are responsible for The cost of any breakage’s or damage during your occupation.

The Hirer is responsible for paying the balance of the hire charge, if the Hirer finds it Necessary to cancel the reservation he should immediately notify us when we will Endeavour to re-let the Flat.

IF WE ARE SUCCESSFUL IN RE-LETTING THE HIRER WILL ONLY FORFEIT THE DEPOSIT THAT IS ALREADY PAID (OTHERWISE THE HIRER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WHOLE OF THE BALANCE DUE) DEPOSITS ONCE PAID ARE NON REFUNDABLE WE THEREFORE RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE OUT HOLIDAY INSURANCE, PLEASE INQUIRE IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED DETAILS

Bed Linen, Sheets and Pillowcases are provided Free of Charge.

We cannot be held responsible for the loss of, or damage to the Hirers property, Or for any injury sustained during the occupation by any member of the Hirer’s Party or of any Guest.

SMALL DOGS are accepted BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT at time of Booking At a weekly charge of £12 per Dog on the understanding they are not left alone in the Flat and are kept on a lead when entering or leaving the Premises.

It must be clearly understood that only the specified number of persons will be Permitted on the premises, as our insurance cover only permits this.

No all Male or all Female parties under 25 are accepted without prior consent.
